1. Digital Service Terms (Auto-Reports)

Jamaica Depot Inc. provides vehicle history and specification data via third-party API integrations. By purchasing a Premium Report, the User acknowledges:

• Data Source: Reports are generated from official global databases. We do not manually inspect vehicles.
• No Refunds: Once a digital PDF report is generated and delivered, the transaction is final.
• Usage: Reports are for personal informational use only and do not constitute a legal "Guarantee of Condition."

2. Real Estate Information Disclaimer

Our Real Estate listings utilize Mapbox Geospatial data for location accuracy. Jamaica Depot Inc. is a Listing & Information Service, not a Real Estate Brokerage. We do not facilitate the transfer of property titles nor do we handle real estate escrow. Users are advised to conduct physical inspections and hire legal counsel for all property transactions.

3. Marketplace Integrity

Jamaica Depot Inc. maintains a unified standard of transparency and accountability across our entire marketplace platform. All vendors, regardless of their geographic location—including merchants from the United States, Canada, China, and local Jamaican businesses—must adhere to the same rigorous transparency standards and compliance requirements.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Accurate Product Listings: All vendors must provide truthful, accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.
• Transparent Pricing: All costs, including shipping, taxes, and fees, must be clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Verification Requirements: International vendors must complete the same verification processes as local merchants, including business registration validation and identity verification.
• Customer Service Standards: All vendors are required to maintain consistent response times and resolution procedures, regardless of location.
• Dispute Resolution: All vendors participate in the same dispute resolution process and are subject to the JMD $1M Dispute Protection Fund standards.

Jamaica Depot Inc. does not provide preferential treatment based on vendor location. Violations of these transparency standards may result in account suspension or termination, regardless of the vendor's country of origin.

4. The JMD $1M Dispute Protection Fund

Jamaica Depot Inc. maintains a JMD $1,000,000 Dispute Protection Fund to protect buyers in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or non-delivery. This fund is available to all users who complete transactions through our platform, subject to our dispute resolution procedures and terms.

5. Limitations of Liability

Jamaica Depot Inc. acts as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed on our platform. Users are responsible for verifying the authenticity and condition of products before purchase. Jamaica Depot Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
